Shipping Policy

* Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. All orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal service unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for items once we ship your order. Most orders are shipped with tracking info. You must contact the US Postal service if you do not receive your package. All items are carefully packaged and are in good condition when shipped from Ln – Liv Neked Klothing.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Total shipping cost will be calculated based on your location and products ordered and must be paid in full before shipment will occur! You are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by your country. All items are carefully packaged and are in good condition when shipped from LN – Liv Neked Klothing.

We use a flat rate of $5.99 on all orders for shipping & handling to the lower 48 US States. Orders over $100 will receive free shipping & handling to the lower 48 US states.

Return Policy

* If a return is necessary due to the wrong item being shipped or the item being defective (before washing or wearing), LN – Liv Neked Klothing will replace the item.

* All items are carefully packaged and are in good condition when shipped from LN – Liv Neked Klothing. When you receive your package inspect the packaging for shipping damage. If damage occurs to the item(s) during the shipping process a claim must be made with the carrier and not LN – Liv Neked Klothing. If an item is defective upon receipt you are required to contact us within 5 days of receiving that product. You may contact us via E-mail at info @ livneked.net. Upon contact with us and it is determined that the item is in fact defective you will be required to return the product to us. After 5 days, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Any item to be returned within 14 days as a result of any reason other than product defectiveness will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges. After 14 days there are no returns or exchanges allowed. Original shipping & handling costs will not be reimbursed on returns or exchanges.

* No items will be accepted for return or exchange if the item has been worn or laundered. The item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped. Undergarments, such as bootie shorts, cannot be exchanged for any reason other than product defectiveness.

* All sales are final on any marked clearance item.
